Your qualifications and skills
- Postgraduate in Accounting/Auditing/Finance or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in the field of accounting, finance, or audit, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Prior experience working in shared services or audit firms is desired
- Knowledge of Fraud & Investigation will be an added advantage (CFE preferred). Strong understanding of forensic audit methods, centrally billed expense audits, and risk management & compliance processes
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with global stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Risk, and HR
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing diverse teams in audits and projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Deal with ambiguity comfortably and have sound audit judgmental abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to forecast challenges
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for audit reports, with hands-on experience working with any analytical tool
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively
