- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing in industries such as automotive, semi-conductors, consumer electronics, life sciences, and metals & mining
- Experience in industrial engineering, low cost automation, digital performance management, OT/IT integration and energy (renewable power & alternate fuel) projects in a manufacturing setup is good to have
- A master’s degree (MBA/M.Tech/ME) is required
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong desire to learn and develop within a dynamic, self-led organization
- Strong people skills - ability to engage all levels of the organization and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Open to extensive travel to client sites
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
