Job Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

- Prepare annual sales budgets, monthly targets, and forecasts, and ensure timely achievement.

- Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Service, Operations, Finance etc.) to ensure seamless execution of shipments and services.
- Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction, addressing issues and resolving concerns effectively.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular management reports on sales performance, business pipeline, and key client updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned.
