Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1)BTL Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop BTL marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL campaigns, including promotions, activations, and direct marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that BTL activities are executed within budget and timeline constraints.
2)Promotions and Activations:
- Develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns and activations to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and agencies to produce marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Coordinate distribution of promotional materials and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
3)Consumer Engagement and Sampling Programs:
- Design and implement consumer engagement initiatives, including sampling programs, demos, and experiential marketing activities.
- Train and supervise promotional staff to effectively represent the brand and engage with consumers.
- Collect and analyze consumer feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
4)Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to align Brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
5)In-Store Activation Execution
- Ensure that product placements, signage, and displays are strategically positioned to capture customer attention.
- Execute in-store display, promotions, and activations in line with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with dealers and local sales team to secure optimal shelf space and visibility elements placement in right areas

6)Competition Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor competition merchandising & consumer activation (including Offers) initiatives.
- Provide regular reports offering insights into the impact of these activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field(Field is preferable).
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to navigate datasets and derive meaningful insights
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as required for events and activations.
- Experience in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Willingness and motivation to learn all aspects of the business, both within and outside the marketing domain
