Sr Executive - Talent Acquisition

Role Objectives
The role is responsible for Talent Acquisition for the Org by ensuring placement of right people in the right position in a cost-effective manner, in line with the Manpower Plan and Org Structure.
Role & Responsibilities


- Ensures timely recruitment and availability of people as per Manpower Plan requirement.

- Develops and manages Talent Database besides using relevant Job portals for identification of Prospects in the target segments, to ensure just in time hiring
- Promotes and leverages Employee Referral program of the company, maintain employee referral database to enhance quality of hire, optimization of hiring costs and reducing TAT
- Explore alternate potential recruitment channels like LinkedIn, spotting and sourcing quality talent by individually driving focused Search for Key positions in regular and defined period of time
- Candidate market mapping from competitors and targeted organizations
- Monitor and Manage the Back ground Verification of all new joiners within defined time frame, highlight noncompliance, manage the partner and process invoices within TAT.
- Follow 100% adherence to the compliance on the documentation process of new joiners
- Managing Recruitment partners and other recruitment vendors
- Completion of all legal vendor agreements within stipulated time frame.
- Analyses all feedback, assessment formal / informal / virtual / personal from employees that impact the Employer Brand so as to prioritize the vital few and take proactive course corrections
- Continuously demonstrates Value based behavior in line with our Values LIFE, in all dealings internally and externally
