Job Description
- You will be working as a Digital Marketing Expert for an IT company specializing in tech-related gadgets and managing social media campaigns on Instagram and Facebook. Your role will involve developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive traffic and sales for the e-commerce portal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for Instagram and Facebook to drive traffic and sales.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to create visually appealing content.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and increase followers, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes on Instagram and Facebook.
- Utilize Instagram and Facebook analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Manage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and giveaways to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Instagram and Facebook marketing campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, and their advertising tools.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads for campaign creation and optimization.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
- Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Creative thinking and the ability to drive growth and sales with new ideas.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
- Understanding of SEO and its integration with social media marketing.
