Job Description

You are an enthusiastic Junior iOS & Flutter Developer who will be joining our growing team in Mumbai. You should have experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Your strong passion for creating seamless and responsive mobile experiences will be a key asset for this role. Familiarity with iOS app development best practices and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for this full-time, office-based position.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will create easy-to-plug-in Flutter and iOS SDKs and build responsive, user-friendly mobile interfaces for iOS using Flutter. It is important to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for mobile applications, optimize app performance for various iOS devices, and collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging issues related to functionality, performance, and crashes. Identifying and fixing bugs to improve reliability and enhance the overall user experience will be part of your role. Ensuring clean, maintainable, and testable code by applying SOLID principles is essential. Additionally, you will debug and resolve performance issues in frontend and backend systems and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability and reliability.

In terms of skills and qualifications, you should be proficient in Flutter and Dart for mobile app development, familiar with iOS development principles and the app lifecycle, and have experience in iOS SDK/plugin development. Understanding RESTful APIs and their integration into mobile applications, as well as knowledge of version control tools like Git, are required. Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities, the capability to design clean, efficient algorithms for app functionality, excellent communication and collaboration skills, self-motivation, and a passion for learning new technologies are also important.
Preferred skills that are a bonus but not mandatory include familiarity with state management tools in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod), experience with Firebase or other backend services for mobile applications, basic understanding of iOS-specific UI/UX guidelines and design patterns, familiarity with mobile app testing frameworks, and experience in the health-tech domain or with mobile apps related to monitoring body vitals.,
