• Experience in Team Leadership and Leading Delivery
• Strong knowledge of System Design, Distributed Systems and scalable architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Low level Design
• Proficiency in either of these Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
