- Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Lead the development and delivery of product offerings, including messaging, positioning, and value propositions that differentiate our B2B SaaS solutions in the market
- Collaborate closely with the product management, sales, and customer success teams to understand customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Partner with the customer marketing/ demand generation team to create campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our products
- Partner with GMs and Product team to develop compelling offering sales enablement materials, including presentations, product demos, and case studies
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and apply insights to refine messaging and strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company to ensure consistent GTM communication and alignment
- Act as the product evangelist both internally and externally, representing the company at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance

- Experience
- 10+ years experience in a related marketing, product or consulting role, preferably at a B2B SaaS or Life Sciences company, emphasis on product and/or solution marketing
- Knowledge and experience in the development, marketing and/or sales of Life Science and/or Clinical Trial enterprise software - especially hosted, web-based software
- Experience organizing and pushing a program forward, identifying a clear path for all parties, and keeping the group on time and on goal
- Experience in designing and executing marketing and communications programs
- Skills
- Independent thinking, with experience in managing multiple complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders
- Deep analytical rigor with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications and actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, legal/business needs, industry trends, and technology landscape
- Ability to craft a communications strategy and narrative, and present clearly and compellingly to executive stakeholders
- Excellent writing and editorial skills and proven content creation experience
- Roll up your sleeves attitude and a true team player with great communication skills.
- Education, Certifications, Licenses
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Computer Sciences or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
- Master&aposs degree or MBA a plus
