Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all inquiries and booking pertaining to laboratory services
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Managing a spectrum of telephone interactions both incoming and outgoing
- Coordinating inquiries linked franchise and collection centre opportunities
- Monitoring, evaluating, and proposing strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction within the hospital
- Pre-Register the patients prior to their visit telephonically
- Attend and resolve patients questions and complaints, if any
- Act as a bridge between external customers and various Hospital Departments.
- Act as a bridge between various internal departments of the Hospital.

- Keeps a track of all the patients calling from various sources for analytical purpose.
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
- Handle any other task or responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager/ Management.
