Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Ensures proper discipline of staff in Wards/ Floors
- Ensures Availability of Doctor and prompt Response to nursing calls
- Monitors Staff behavior and attitude
- Ensures that discharges are completed on time in the system
- Resolves Issues related to Bed Management
- Checking completeness of Medical Record File
- Supervises the duties of ward secretaries on the respective floor
- Coordinating ward unit performance.
- Medical Record audit and significant incidences.
- Ensures that ward secretaries are placing doctor visits, bedside procedures like bedside ECHO, ECG /any other procedure, equipment used, discharge advice

- Manages the security / supplies /GDA / House Keeping / F&B issue
- Tracks movement of GDAs on the floors
- Gives Daily report of the floor to the Medical Superintendent
- Feedback evaluation and suggestions for improvement
- Any other duties assigned by the Medical Superintendent
