We are hiring an Executive Commercial Operations to manage one of our MNC clients key franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Tender & Dealer Management


• Oversight of Secondary Sales & Incentive Payments


• Ensure Due Diligence & Audit Compliance


• Manage Contract Workforce & Pricing Documentation


• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain


• Drive Digital Tools Implementation & MIS Reporting


• Handle Customer Returns (PRIs), Credit Notes, and Query Resolution

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree (Business/Commerce preferred)


• 36 years experience in commercial operations


• Strong in data analytics, Excel, and stakeholder coordination


• Experience in Pharma or Medical industry is a strong advantage


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
