Job Title: Associate - Finance

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day accounting, payroll, receipts and payments, bank reconciliation, expense details etc.
• Passing month end closing entries & making first cut financials for review by seniors.
• Should be hands on in following up and closing accounting issues.
• Should have basic knowledge of statutory compliances like GST, TDS etc.
• Should be flexible in working & can handle multiple tasks.
• Should have strong communication skills & ability to communicate / co-ordinate well with all company stakeholders.
• Should have good exposure in Accounting ERP and spreadsheets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• B.Com/ CA Inter from a reputed college is preferred.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience post qualification.
• Versatile, motivated, intellectually curious, analytical and a strong communicator.
• As an Accounting and Finance team member, you will handle the core accounting functions at Media.net.
• Mastered the accounting concepts for your responsibilities while retaining a broad knowledge of principles in other areas.
• Continually learn and develop your skills while providing mobility to move among groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You will be expected to be hands-on and execute work by yourself.
• A High impact Individual Contributor and a great team player as well.
