Job Description

    The CRM Specialist role involves joining the Customer Lifecycle team with a focus on executing customer lifecycle campaigns. Your responsibilities will include driving engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction through the effective utilization of CRM tools and automation platforms. By understanding customer behavior, you will implement targeted communication strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
    Your key responsibilities will include executing and managing CRM campaigns across various stages of the customer lifecycle such as onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement. You will work closely with customer data to identify touchpoints, pain points, and engagement opportunities. Building and executing personalized communication plans and loyalty programs will be crucial in fostering customer stickiness. Furthermore, you will contribute to developing strategies aimed at reducing churn and enhancing retention metrics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, will be essential to ensure alignment in lifecycle communication. Monitoring campaign performance, tracking key performance indicators, and generating reports to measure effectiveness will also be part of your responsibilities. Segmenting customer data and implementing targeted strategies based on each segment will play a key role in your day-to-day tasks. Leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools like CleverTap and MoEngage for campaign execution will be central to your success in this role.

    To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 2-5 years of experience in CRM, customer lifecycle campaigns, or customer engagement roles. Your technical skills should include a strong understanding of CRM systems, customer segmentation, and journey mapping. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar tools is necessary. Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, will be critical for this role. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, are also required.,
