Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Source and attract qualified candidates for healthcare roles including doctors, nurses, technicians, paramedics, administrative staff, and support staff.
Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and campus recruitment drives.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
2. Recruitment Process Management:
Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
3. Employer Branding & Networking:
Promote the organizations brand to attract top healthcare talent.
Build relationships with medical colleges, training institutes, and professional associations.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure recruitment process adheres to healthcare labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain accurate candidate records, background checks, and credential verifications.
5. Onboarding & Induction:
Support smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare/hospital/medical staffing.
Knowledge of healthcare roles and industry requirements.
Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
