Industry & Sector: A multi?speciality hospital operating in the healthcare and clinical services sector, providing outpatient, inpatient, and surgical care for local communities in Talegaon, Pune. We are expanding our patient services and need a dynamic marketing leader to grow service lines, elevate brand presence, and drive measurable patient acquisition.
Role: Head of Marketing (primary title)

• Location: On?site Talegaon, Pune, Maharashtra, India
• Compensation: Fixed salary ?45,000 per month
• Workplace: Full?time, on?site; clinical/operational collaboration expected
  

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated marketing and business?development strategy to increase patient volumes across priority specialty services.
• Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid search, social advertising) to generate qualified leads and appointment bookings.
• Design patient acquisition funnels and manage CRM-driven nurture sequences, referral programs, and conversion optimization.
• 
  Lead brand, PR, and community outreach initiatives physician engagement, health camps, local events, and partnerships to build trust and referral pipelines.
• Manage vendor agencies, media buys, and marketing budget; track campaign ROI and present actionable dashboards to clinical and leadership teams.
• Build and mentor a small marketing team; establish processes for content, digital ops, and reporting to scale initiatives efficiently.
