Role Description

The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare institutions and professionals. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, managing the sales process, and achieving sales targets. The role requires conducting market research to identify trends and potential opportunities and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati, where collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be essential to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications
  • A proven track record in Sales and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of medical products and healthcare procurement processes is an advantage

    Proficiency in business development, market research, and identifying sales opportunities
  • Ability to achieve targets and work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work on-site in Guwahati
