Account Executive

Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and banking documentation to manage complete accounting and finance operations for our factory. The candidate should be able to independently handle books, compliances, audits, and coordination with banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime with accurate entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST
  
  and TDS returns, including reconciliation and compliance.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and financial statements.
• Manage bank paperwork such as monthly stock reports, CMA data, and loan-related documents.
• Conduct stock reconciliation and coordinate with auditors for scrutiny and reporting.
• Oversee vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

Get Hired
• Proficient in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and general accounting standards.
• Experience with bank documentation and financial reporting.
• Good English communication and strong drafting skills for letters and emails.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum B.Com degree with 60% or above from a recognized university.
• M.Com or higher qualification will be an added advantage.
