Medinex Workforce is hiring Machine Learning Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to machine learning concepts, data preprocessing, model training, algorithm implementation, evaluation metrics, and applied AI/ML workflows.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing datasets for machine learning tasks.

Clean, structure, and preprocess data for model development.

Support the implementation of basic machine learning algorithms under guidance.

Assist in training, testing, and evaluating simple ML models.

Work with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

Help compare model performance using basic evaluation metrics.

Document experiments, observations, results, and improvement suggestions.

Support feature selection, data splitting, and basic model tuning activities.

Coordinate with team members to understand problem statements and project goals.

Prepare simple reports or visual summaries of model outputs when required.

Learn and follow standard machine learning workflow practices.

Complete assigned machine learning tasks within agreed timelines.

Who Can Apply:

Candidates with basic knowledge of Python and machine learning concepts.

Candidates familiar with datasets, algorithms, statistics, and logical problem solving.

Candidates comfortable using notebooks such as Jupyter Notebook or Google Colab.

Candidates who can work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib is preferred.

Familiarity with supervised and unsupervised learning concepts is an advantage.

Understanding of SQL, statistics, or data visualization is helpful.

Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or deep learning basics is an added advantage.

Academic, personal, or internship-level machine learning projects are welcome.

Stipend: ₹15,300 per month
