A Day in the Life
We are seeking a driven Channel Sales Representative to grow our Core Surgical portfolio across the UAE. This is a great opportunity to work with innovative surgical technologies, build strong hospital relationships, and accelerate your career in MedTech sales.
This is a field-based role requiring travel across the UAE to support hospital accounts and drive sales growth. The position reports to the Sales Manager and requires strong sales reporting skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and a valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Identify new business opportunities within government and private hospitals, day surgery centres, and specialty clinics
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management
- Proven sales track record in the UAE healthcare market
- Strong sales, negotiation, and territory management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
- 2–4 years of experience in the MedTech industry, specifically in Surgical/OR products
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Life Sciences, or Bachelor's degree
- Valid UAE driving license
- Expertise in Micro-soft programs Excel, PowerPoint.
