Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at MedySeva Technologies. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth and expansion in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, with a Junior level and requires 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, Telemedicine, and rural healthcare challenges in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to independently generate leads, conduct client presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi languages.

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, healthcare providers, and partnerships to promote MedySevas Telemedicine services and offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and enhance MedySevas brand presence.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, policies, and best practices related to Telemedicine and healthcare services.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of MedySeva Technologies through innovation and continuous learning.
