• Fixed Salary: ?6,00,000 (6 LPA)
• Variable Incentive: ?6,00,000 (6 LPA) based on performance.
• Total OTE (On-Target Earnings): ?12,00,000 (12 LPA).
• Mode: Hybrid (Bangalore Office + Remote).
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
