Role Description
As a Backend Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our AI-driven platform. From building APIs to integrating with third-party services and optimizing data pipelines, you’ll help architect the foundation that drives our cutting-edge sales intelligence features. This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Engineer. You’ll work closely with product, ML, and frontend teams to bring innovative features to life.
Must Have

• 0-2 years of experience in backend development.
  
• Experience in building microservices
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, server-side logic, and databases.
• Experience with frameworks like Django/Flassk/Tornado/FastAPI. Experience in atleast one is a must.
• Good with Databases (sql, mongo) is a must elastic search is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good To Have

• Experience with microservices and asynchronous programming.
• Good grasp of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka is a plus.
• Proven ability to take ownership of backend services: from architecture and implementation to monitoring and optimization.
