Role Description
As a Machine Learning Engineer, youll dive deep into the world of audio and text data, unearthing hidden patterns and trends that turn into actionable insights for our customers. From building cutting-edge NLP models to crafting powerful algorithms, youll be the mastermind behind the magic that unlocks sales success. This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Learning Engineer. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales.
Must Have

• 1+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
  
• 2+ years of Python experience is a must.
• Mastery of NLP, and basic ML algorithms and models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelors degree with a Tier 1 college is preferred.
  

Good To Have

• Proven track record of building and deploying successful ML models.
• Good in data engineering and analysis.
• Masters degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to take ownership of services: Youre not just a builder, youre a caretaker. You can independently manage the entire ML lifecycle, from conception to deployment and optimization.
