Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyse clients creative and business needs, developing and executing effective solutions.
• Maintain proactive, regular communication with clients throughout project life cycles
• Manage and develop content across all social media platforms, implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools, staying abreast of trends and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling content that aligns with client goals and brand identity. Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate closely with team members to ensure creativity and innovation in all projects.
• Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team.
• Identify opportunities for client growth and propose new, engaging social media concepts to maintain audience interest and brand relevance.
  
• Provide clients with detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on project status, account growth, and other relevant metrics.
• Build, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for client growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in a creative agency setting, with a focus on account management, social media management, or creative content production.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse creative team.
• Adept at multitasking and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and brand storytelling.
