Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Mangaluru. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, understanding client needs, ensuring project deliverables are met, and providing exceptional client service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, managing client communications, developing client strategies to optimize satisfaction, and addressing client concerns promptly. The role also involves regular meetings with clients to discuss progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to understand and manage client expectations, and provide strategic client insights
