About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic investment professional to join our team, working across both deal execution and portfolio management. This role offers end-to-end exposure—from evaluating new investment opportunities to driving value creation across our portfolio companies.
Responsibilities:
- Deal Execution & Investment Support:
- Evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and due diligence
- Build and review financial models (LBO, DCF, sensitivities) to support investment decisions
- Assist in structuring transactions, preparing investment memos, and supporting negotiations
- Work closely with senior team members on end-to-end deal execution
- Portfolio Management & Value Creation:
- Partner with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements, growth strategies, and value creation initiatives
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders
- Support follow-on investments including evaluation, modelling, and execution
- Oversee valuation processes in line with internal and regulatory standards
- Provide strategic guidance on business planning, go-to-market strategies, and governance
- Stakeholder & Market Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on investment strategy
- Track market trends, sector developments, and emerging opportunities
- Build strong relationships with founders, management teams, and advisors

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Portfolio Management
Required Skills:
- Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise (LBO, DCF, comps)
- Experience across both deal execution and portfolio/value creation is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of transaction structuring and investment processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and investment tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ)
