Job Description
Location:Chakan, Pune
Responsibilities:
- FC Strategy:
- Direct reporting to CFO.
- Close collaboration with FC team leads on strategic topics.
- Project Management for all FC Strategic and Management projects.
- Lead and manage a variety of special projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate establishment of project deliverables by providing relevant analysis and information, preparation of presentations and proposals to aid Management updates and decisions making
- Digital Transformation:
- Steer cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation at FC.
- Develop dashboard for key Financial KPIs across different teams to review performance, steer business and update Management
- Develop analytical views in collaboration with Business, IT, Data and FC teams for deeper insights.
- Risk Management:
- Support lead in Risk Management.
- Monthly MIS to Leadership.
- Quarterly reporting to HQ.
- Sales Controlling:
- Support lead Revenue Controlling on Sales Controlling topics.
- Ensure pricing used cars , PoC cars , bundled products.
- Steer Residual value Committee.
- Monthly monitoring of pipeline and Inventory development and finding measures for optimization
- Cash Flow forecast and deep dive analysis
Qualifikationen
Qualifications: Graduation + MBA / CA
Required Skills: Apart from the functional/technical requirements, this position would require being:
- Digital Native (adept with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI or other similar tools)
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong in Analytical & Conceptual Thinking.
- Ability to lead discussions with various cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders.
- Solution Oriented & Pragmatic to support business objectives within the target framework.
- Willing to explore new tools and approaches.
- Resilient & able to cope with uncertainty.
