Job Description
- As a Project & Program Management Coach at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited, your role will involve coaching teams to ensure successful deliveries in IT for After Sales. You will be responsible for driving innovation and ensuring value-add in all topics as part of an Extended CoC team. Your key objectives will include maintaining steady business growth based on a target roadmap, fostering team motivation and satisfaction, and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction in both Germany and the involved markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach teams in Design and Development (Agile), DevOps based deliveries
- Lead the team focusing on Innovation and Value-Adds
- Steer based on Metrics and KPIs to drive successful project outcomes
Qualifications:
- Education: B.E (any field) or M.B.A (General Administration) with 15 years of experience
- Specific Knowledge:
- Proven experience in IT Project and Program Management
- Strong background in Java/.NET development and Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder and customer/partner management
- Experience in Business Acquisition and Solutioning
- Proficiency in driving projects using metrics/KPIs
- German Language Skills will be an added Advantage
