Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and assist in sourcing the right talent
• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings and interview coordination, while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus
