Job Description
Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews in German, assessing candidates skills and cultural fit for the positions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs.
Manage the recruitment process from candidate introduction to offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of candidate information throughout the recruitment cycle.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing methods.
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
