Your Role
- Develops and executes strategic approach and tactical plans for small molecules with a focus on: Maximizing Reach, Accelerating Growth and Increasing penetration / share
- Responsible to achieve and exceed revenue targets for small molecules business along with Zonal Heads
- Partner CA, Regulatory and Validation Services team to create pull and push plans for the Small molecules Business
- Monitor regulatory changes, market trends, competition, and lead localization initiatives, GTM and pricing strategies for growth
- Manage pipeline, accurate forecasting and reporting
- Lead, develop and implement trainings to build organization capabilities
- Collaborate with channel manager, country and zonal heads to develop distributor strategy and execution to penetrate untapped customers/market
- Participate and represent Merck in Industry forums / Regulatory Bodies / BIS / Government Agencies / HLN with customers
- Collaborate with Corporate communication / marcom team to run marcom initiatives
- Bachelor degree or higer in relavanet majors, like chemistry, bio-chemistry, biothechnology, etc.

- 15 years experience in pharma excipients, in roles like sales, business development or stretegic planning.
- Having a solid knowlege of the technical aspect of excipient products and can can provide techno commercial support to commercial team in winning business.
- Strong influncing skills, and able to collaborate with stakeholders locally and globally.
- Able to partner with government authorities on regulatary and policy-shaping topics.
- A self-driver and strategic thinker.
