Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Blockchain Backend Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain backend services that interface with multiple blockchains, including Solana and EVMs. You will utilize Python with FastAPI for APIs, Rust or Node.js for blockchain logic, and AWS for deployment and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop blockchain-specific modules in Rust for Solana and Node.js/Python for EVM chains.
- Create and integrate smart contracts across Solana and EVM networks.
- Utilize Web3 libraries such as ethers.js, web3.py, and anchor for chain interactions.
- Architect scalable services deployed on AWS.
- Collaborate with the product team to design APIs for frontend and mobile applications.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of the infrastructure.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong background in backend engineering with expertise in Python, particularly with FastAPI.
- Sound knowledge of Solana (Rust/Anchor) and EVM (Solidity/Node/Web3) ecosystems.

- Experience in writing and deploying smart contracts.
- Proficiency in AWS services like Lambda, EC2, and S3, along with backend infra management.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and real-time APIs using WebSocket.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
