Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across corporate, sales, and service teams.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
- Implement sourcing strategies and manage recruitment agencies and portals.
- Conduct interviews and support final selection and salary negotiations.

- Ensure smooth onboarding experience and documentation for new joinees.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain and manage employee records including personal files, letters, HRIS data, and contracts.
