Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline for long-cycle capital equipment deals.
- Lead high-value negotiations (capital purchase, lease models, service contracts).
- Engage surgeons and tailor solutions based on procedural preferences (knee, hip, revision).
- Deliver compelling ROI presentations to hospital leadership and procurement teams.
- Partner with clinical teams to execute demos, trials, and cadaver labs.
- Use clinical evidence and health economics to strengthen the sales case.
Qualifications

- 3+ years of capital medical device sales experience mandatory (robotics, imaging, surgical platforms preferred).
Required Skills
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in complex selling environments.
- Strong executive communication and consultative selling skills.
