Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with IND AS.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Handle GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist operational team/management in decision-making by providing data and compliance inputs.
- Facilitate inter-department communication.
