Merlin Brands - Chartered Financial Analyst - Founder's Office

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical CFA professional to join the Founders' Office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with the leadership team, driving strategic, financial, and operational initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial models, business forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Support fundraising activities through investor presentations, data rooms, and financial due diligence.

- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare board reports, MIS, and business review presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to track key business metrics.
Desired Profile:
- CFA (Level I, II or III preferred) with 2-3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or strategy.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in D2C and consumer brands.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.
