Job Description
What role you will play in team: Provide technical support for our data center infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. Work as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
What you will do: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, implement preventative maintenance, and contribute to infrastructure improvements.
Key responsibility:
- Monitor data center systems for performance and stability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Implement and maintain security protocols.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and support teams.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Linux/Windows server administration.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, etc.).
