Job Description

The Global Partnerships team at Meta is responsible for fostering relationships with top and emerging partners across creators, public figures, sports leagues, and media. Focusing on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, MetaAi and WhatsApp, the team helps drive product priorities with partners across Meta’s family of apps. To support this effort, Meta is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager to be based in India. This role will focus on driving product adoption, operational efficiency, and business value for both Meta and its key partners in the region. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Strategic Partner Managers and cross functional teams to provide strategic planning, reporting and analysis, relationship co-management, product insights, and education, ultimately helping to accelerate success for both Meta and its partners in India
Partner Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive strategies and programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Metas family of apps.
  • Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of partner accounts/pages to identify areas of improvement and/or opportunities for product adoption.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team.
  • Relationship Co-Management: Working along with Strategic Partner Managers, support managed partners with product education, partner performance reviews, escalation management, product consultations, and liaise with internal stakeholders to propose innovative solutions.
  • Support Product Go-To Market: Working with partners and internal teams on product launches and tests. Coordinating access, education, product feedback and measurement.
  • Product Expertise: Share product expertise and educate Partners on our best practices & new products to help them accelerate their growth. Serve as a Product expert for internal partnerships teams and partners.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Act as an internal advocate on behalf of partners with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with cross functional teams and regional counterparts to build solutions at scale.
  • Thought Leadership: Leverage data-led insights and narratives to help drive strategic decision-making. Proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results as they relate to the ecosystem. Use market-specific knowledge and insights to support the execution of our business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, digital marketing, account, partner, or project management
  • Bachelors degree
  • Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital or Entertainment
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting and forecasting, turning data into meaningful narratives
  • Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
  • Experience navigating large organizations with multiple teams and stakeholders, effectively working cross-functionally, both internally and externally

  • Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the entertainment & media ecosystem in India
  • Demonstrated experience to prioritize multiple competing demands and projects, driving focus towards high-impact outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • A self-motivated and initiative-driven individual with a practical experience of taking ownership and driving results in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations.
  • Experience with using Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Meta AI to help partners or clients reach their goals
