Job Title Sales & Marketing Associate

Department Sales & Marketing Reporting Head of Sales & Marketing
Job Purpose/Summary We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Associate with a
strong background in interior design or related industries (e.g.,
metal, wood, stone, glass, or other materials used in premium
interiors).

The ideal candidate will have a network of architects and
designers in the UAE, excellent communication skills, and a
proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and
support digital marketing growth.

KeyResponsibility Sales & Client Development

• Lead generation through cold calling, networking, and

industry contacts.

• Reach out to new architects and designers to introduce

our products and services.

• Project management Coordinating with clients,
production teams, and site teams for ongoing projects.
• Handle end-to-end internal coordination related to
customer relationship management.

• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat

business.

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and

events.

• Contribute to content creation: photography, videography,

reel making, editing, and posting.

• Manage social media posting schedules across Instagram,

LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Support digital marketing campaigns including SEO,

Google Ads, and LinkedIn/Facebook ads.

• Contribute to newsletters and blog content for client

engagement and SEO visibility.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs.
• Provide creative ideas for marketing campaigns and
activations.

• Assist with behind-the-scenes documentation and visual

storytelling

Skills/Competencies • Strong network among architects and designers in the

region.

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Understanding of design, materials, and premium product
positioning.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work

independently.

• Creative flair and/or photography/video skills will be an

added bonus.

• Filipino candidate preferred.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.

Experience A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the

Design/Interior /architecture industry in the UAE region.
