Accounts Coordinator

Accountabilities

• Ensure Correct accounting with all compliance.


• Coordination with Share Service Center for Accounting and resolution of accounting issue.


• Responsible for Accounts payable from Requisition approval to Payment ( Procure to Pay).


• Responsible for Accounts Receivable from accounting to payment receipt & Reconciliations.


• Responsible for Fixed Assets tracking, Capitalization, Maintain FAR and Depreciation under IFRS


• Coordination for Monthly schedules preparation, Review and correction.


• Responsible for Statutory Audit & Internal Audit


• Coordination with Bank, Insurance,


• Coordination with Purchase Department, Tax Specialist, and other user department for smooth function of Invoice Processing.

Technical Skill

• Accounting / Book keeping Knowledge


• Chart of Account knowledge


• Review and Analysis of Expenses


• Basic Tax Knowledge ( Direct & Indirect Tax)


• Oracle Working Knowledge


• Good amount of working knowledge in MS office, specifically in Excel.

Academics:

• Chartered Accountant (Must)
