Finance Quotation Specialist

Mission:

Financial Evaluation of new businesses. Responsible of pricing and repricing of all items due to changes in materials, economics, and/or volumes based on customer’s agreements. Collaborates with commercial team to define business strategies and prepares analysis for end-customers. Responsible to standardize & digitalize processes.

Responsibility

• Develop, digitalize and implement Standard quotation processes based on best practices between SBUs to optimize and improve the value add to our customers


• Calculate the Pricing of new items, prototypes, engineering changes based on revised inputs from VP/PM and aligned to company’s guidelines to ensure the value creation for our stakeholders


• Prepare Pricing and financial project evaluation for new businesses aligned with the SBU strategies
  


• Estimate, validate and implement Standard costs for all processes to be used for quotations to keep consistency in project evaluations


• Perform Profitability analysis for products, processes or customers upon request to serve as baseline for business strategies


• Develop and present Monthly and annual analysis and reports based on Value proposition finance activities and project status


• Participate in Special projects in the area upon request


• To collect data and prepare quotes (new programs, new pieces, prototypes) for the locations of the area of responsibility.


• To collect data and prepare financial analysis of business cases, costing new processes, impacts and benchmarks, etc.


• Reports of quotations to controllers of the area of responsibility and financial KPIs to internal clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Engineering, Business


• Min 3 years of experience working in any of the following: Financial analysis, Costing, Pricing, Project evaluation, Project management, Value proposition, Financial planning, Product Development.


• Worked with MNC Culture (Preferred)


• Excel advanced.
