Lead HRBP/HR Head - B2B - SaaS/Product - IIM/XLRI/FMS/ISB/MDI/IMT/SPJIMR

About the Role:
Were hiring a strategic and empathetic HR leader for our tech organization someone who can deeply understand and partner with our engineering, product, and data science teams.
This role requires someone with a strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) background and a nuanced understanding of what makes product teams thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership for Tech/Product Functions:
- Serve as the primary HRBP for our tech, product, and data science orgs (100-500 employees).
- Build credibility with engineering and product leaders as a trusted thought partner.
Performance, Engagement & Culture:
- Design and operationalize performance frameworks tailored for tech/product orgs.
- Lead engagement initiatives that resonate with high-caliber engineers, PMs, and data teams.
- Foster a culture of feedback, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Talent Advisory & Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with TA to drive niche hiring across ML, DS, backend/frontend, and product design.
- Influence hiring strategies through insights into org design, tech compensation trends, and talent availability.
HR Policy Design & Execution:
- Build and scale people policies that reflect the needs of a high-growth product org.
- Enable agility while ensuring adherence to Indian labor law for white-collar workforces.
Data-Driven HR & Technology Enablement:
- Own and evolve HR dashboards that track engagement, attrition, performance, and diversity.
- Leverage HRIS, ATS, and feedback tools to drive data-backed people decisions.
Organizational Development & Change:
- Partner with tech and business leadership on org design, change management, and capability building.

- Contribute to leadership development programs, succession planning, and team maturity initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 8-12 years of total experience, with 3+ years in HRBP roles for tech/product teams.
- Tier-1 MBA from institutions like IIM, XLRI or similar; strong academic and HR pedigree.
- Prior experience in early/growth-stage SaaS or product startups.
- Expertise in designing PMS and engagement programs tailored to high-context knowledge teams.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Comfortable working in flat, fast-moving, product-led environments.
