Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per Desktop procedures
- Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
- Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence.
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules.
- Communication skills – should be able to read and interpret business documents and communicate in English language with the internal and external customers if required.
- Escalate issues if required
- Data gathering ability/ Eye for detail
- Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability
- Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
- Adaptability to change
- Ability to work on routine/standardized transactions
- Adaptability to change
- Self-disciplined and result oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritizing effectively.
- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems
- Ability to offer innovative ideas to polish detailed, metric based reports and simplifies the “at a glance” information.
- MS PowerPoint skills desired but not mandatory
Education:
- Graduates or Diploma holders with at least 15 years of education
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good Computer navigation skills

- Good keyboarding speed (Greater than 35 words per min)
- Knowledge about the Insurance industry in US
- Knowledge about US Culture
- Fundamentals of Auto and home insurance policies and procedures
- Knowledge of state underwriting guidelines and procedures to include referral criteria
- Communication skills – should be able to read, speak and interpret business documents.
