Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Project Consultant/Manager for Qualitative Project Management. In this role, you will lead and oversee complex qualitative research projects, ensuring exceptional quality and on-time delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project success, uphold excellence, and contribute to process innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Independently manage and deliver qualitative research projects of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings to establish deliverables, define timelines, and set clear expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Research Managers (RMs) to ensure project goals are met and client satisfaction is achieved.

• Coordinate with external vendors, moderators, and freelancers to meet project-specific needs.
• Oversee fieldwork execution, including online and offline methodologies, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project plans.
• Prepare and manage project materials, including discussion guides, recruitment questionnaires, stimuli, and multimedia assets.
• Monitor and manage data collection through tools like Recollective and TS Qual, probing for deeper insights when required.
• Facilitate offline fieldwork logistics, including participant recruitment, moderator coordination, and equipment arrangements.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

• Serve as the central point of communication, keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress and addressing issues proactively.
• Conduct post-project debrief sessions to collect feedback and implement process enhancements.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project records, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Quality Assurance & Innovation:

• Ensure the engagement of appropriate target groups and validate responses to maintain data quality.
• Continuously assess and propose improvements to processes, tools, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Uphold and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout project execution.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelors or masters degree, ideally with a specialization in Management or Marketing Research.
• PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
• 13 years of demonstrated experience managing online/offline market research projects.
• Proven expertise in project management within the market research industry, with a robust understanding of qualitative methodologies.
• Experience in managing vendors is desired.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving aptitude, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and precision.
• Self-driven and adaptable, capable of navigating dynamic environments and influencing outcomes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with internet-based tools and data platforms.
