Account Executive

• Designation: Accounts Executive

• Work location: Kudlu gate, Bangalore

• WFH or office: Work from Office.

• Work Timings: EST Timings: 6:00 PM-3:00 AM IST

• Working Days: 5 Days (Monday – Friday)

• Experience required: 1 – 5 year

Why You?

• Who completed CA IPCC/Inter Group-I/Group-II/Both with Articleship Experience in Bookkeeping, auditing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and month close activities.
• Have knowledge and experience with ADP and QuickBooks.

• Who completed B.com or M.B.A with 1-2 years of experience in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and month close activities.
• Freshers who has completed M.B.A/M.Com with at least 3-6 months of internship experience.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Recording bank and credit card transactions on a day-to-day basis and performing monthly reconciliations.

• Payroll workings for processing payroll and recording the Journal Entry.

• Creating and maintaining fixed asset schedules, revenue schedules, etc.,

• End to End accounting work on all aspects of accounting starting from entry of transactions till preparation of financials.

• Accounts Payable Management directly in books of accounts.

• Accounts Receivable Management, invoicing in books, or posting revenue entries from point of sale to books.

• preparation of monthly financial statements.

• The job also involves handling communication via chat, emails, or phone calls with clients in the USA.

• The position involves reporting to a team lead.
