Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter with experience in blue-collar hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding blue-collar workers.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and field recruitment to attract candidates.
• 
  Screening & Selection: Conduct interviews, assess skills, and ensure candidates meet job requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring targets.
• Database Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper background checks, document verification, and compliance with labor laws.
• Onboarding Support:
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Key Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in blue-collar recruitment, preferred

Skills:

• Mandatory experience in Blue Collar Hiring
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment.
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance.
