Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Telecalling Executive for our office in Trivandrum. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers over the phone to generate leads and drive sales growth. The Telecalling Executive will engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide them with tailored solutions, maintain accurate call records, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer databases and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.
