Chartered Accountant

We are looking for full time CA(Charted Accountant) for our Real Estate company. Who have expeience in any real estate company

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance for direct and indirect taxes, including GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
  
• Conduct audits of financial statements, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  
• Provide accounting advisory services on various aspects of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS).

• Overseeing day-to-day accounting as per IND AS and statutory norms.

• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensuring GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
  

• Handling tax audits, planning, and assessment liaison.

• Monitoring project-wise budgets, costs, and profitability.

• Managing cash flow, fund utilization, and banking relationships.

• Coordinating internal and statutory audits; strengthening internal financial controls.

• Prepare and certify mandatory RERA documentation for project registration, withdrawals from RERA accounts, and due diligence reports.

• Ensuring compliance with RERA, company law, transfer pricing, and all property-related regulations.

• Represent the company before RERA authorities, assist in legal documentation, and perform due diligence for property transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.

• Strong understanding of the respective regulatory and compliance frameworksRERA for real estate, RBI and Ind AS for NBFCs.

• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

• Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills
