Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Admission Counselor to join our team in Virudhunagar. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, and be capable of handling student inquiries, counseling, and admissions processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads regarding course admissions.
• Counsel students and parents about programs, career paths, and institute offerings.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and guidance.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective students and ensure timely closures.
• 
  Manage documentation, application forms, and admission records accurately.
• Participate in admission campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
• Provide clear information about courses, fees, eligibility, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to meet admission targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English is a must
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles preferred.
